By accessing or using the services provided by Educational Services of Miami ("ESM"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Use of website and services

You agree to use our website and services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.

2. Account registration

Some services may require account registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. Intellectual property

All content on this website - including text, graphics, logos, and educational materials - is the property of ESM or its licensors and is protected by copyright laws.

4. Payments and refunds

Payments for tutoring and consultation services are due in advance or upon receipt of invoice. Scholarship-funded services follow the disbursement schedule of the awarding program. Cancellation and refund policies for individual services are communicated at the time of booking.

5. Limitation of liability

ESM provides educational services "as is" without warranty of academic outcomes. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

6. Scholarship compliance

Families using Florida scholarship funds are responsible for following the eligibility and reporting requirements of their awarding program. We assist with compliance but the parent remains the primary responsible party.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
